Art as a Tool for Healing Grief
Art as a Tool for Healing Grief is an expressive art program sponsored by the nonprof it Artists for the Humanities (A4TH). Individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one are invited to attend and participate in this healing journey using expressive art to help heal the emotional loss of someone close to them.
In expressive art it is not what is created; the focus is on the process of creating art and what it means to the person who produces it.
No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
Please note that program facilitators are not licensed mental health therapists.
