Best Lecture and Breakfast Series | By His Wounds We Are Healed: Christ Opened to Us, We Open to Christ
Supported by Mary Lamm in loving memory of her husband Joseph, this series features compelling lecturers who offer presentations they love to give, and participants hear the best of the best.
Our natural human inclination is to flinch and recoil from our places of woundedness—to deny, diminish, and distract ourselves from the fearsome pain and anguish of our hurting, wounded places. But Jesus offers us another perspective. His healed, but still open, wounds stand as portals of entrance into such love that we can hardly imagine. Our wounds can bring us to that peace and intimacy with Jesus Christ. Let’s talk about it over breakfast!
