Caring for Creation: A Retreat for Grandparents and Their Grandchildren
Using the earth’s resources carefully and helping to care for the planet is the responsibility of everyone, regardless of age. Even the youngest children can help to be stewards of creation. One of the ways to encourage this stewardship is by teaching young people about creation in order to develop wonder, awe, and gratitude for God’s gifts. Who better to teach these life lessons than a grandparent? Spend time with your grandchildren (grades 1-6 of the 2019/2020 academic year) in the beautiful environment of St. Norbert Abbey.
