Forming Your Conscience: One Catholic Reflection on Racism
The Second Vatican Council deemed conscience as “the most secret core and sanctuary of a [hu]man” and the United States Catholic Catechism for Adults states that a good conscience requires lifelong formation.
Join Gary Umhoefer as he provides a personal reflection in forming conscience on racism. He will weave Scripture, tradition, reason, and experience into his presentation. With threads of fortitude, prudence, temperance, justice, faith, hope and charity, this presentation will support your own deeper exploration as you form your conscience on issues of race and privilege.
