SpiritUs: Discovering the Spirit in Us | Ignatian Spirituality
The spirituality inspired by St. Ignatius of Loyola appreciates that God is active in one’s own life, the lives of others, and in the world around us. This rich way of being connected to God offers tools to discern the movements of God within us, within others, and within our world. In this overview of Ignatian Spirituality, we will include the practice of a daily examen and the value of Ignatian contemplation.
