The Spirituality of “Elf”

“Candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup!”

“Candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup!”

Elf, the delightful 2003 film starring Will Ferrell, has become a Christmas classic. It tells the story of Buddy, a human raised by Papa Elf at the North Pole who goes in search of his father in New York City. Enjoy some of the film’s funniest moments, consider its spiritual themes, test your knowledge of Elf trivia, and spread a little Christmas cheer!

Please note: the four main food groups will be provided: “candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup!”
