Bring Your Group to St. Norbert Abbey

The Norbertine Center for Spirituality welcomes parishes, religious communities, schools, ministries, nonprofit organizations, leadership teams, and other mission-aligned groups seeking a peaceful and hospitable place to gather.
Located on the grounds of St. Norbert Abbey in De Pere, Wisconsin, the NCS offers meeting and retreat spaces, overnight accommodations, meal service, and the distinctive opportunity to gather within the prayerful environment of an active Norbertine religious community.
A Place to Gather, Pray and Renew
Every gathering is different. Some groups come for a day of retreat and prayer. Others stay overnight for a conference, leadership gathering, formation program, or community retreat.
Our staff will work with you to understand the purpose of your gathering and help identify the spaces, accommodations, meals, and services that best fit your needs.

Overnight Accommodations
The Norbertine Center for Spirituality offers 30 private guest rooms, providing a simple and comfortable place to rest during a retreat, pilgrimage, or overnight gathering at St. Norbert Abbey. Each guest room has its own private bathroom and shower.
Our accommodations include 14 single-occupancy rooms with one twin bed, 8 rooms with two twin beds, and 8 rooms with a queen bed that can accommodate either one or two guests. Four of our guest rooms are ADA accessible.
Guest rooms are available based on the needs of your retreat or gathering and current availability. Please contact us to discuss accommodations for your stay.

MEETING SPACES
The Norbertine Center for Spirituality offers numerous meeting and gathering spaces for groups of up to 104 people. From boardroom-style meeting rooms and comfortable breakout spaces to larger conference rooms for presentations, retreats, and group gatherings, our spaces can accommodate a variety of needs and group sizes.
Many of our rooms can be arranged in different configurations to support presentations, discussion, small-group conversation, prayer, and other activities throughout your stay.
Because every gathering is different, we invite you to tell us about your group and what you are planning. Our staff will help you identify the spaces and room arrangements that will best serve your gathering.

Meals & Hospitality
Meals can be an important part of the rhythm of a retreat or gathering. The Norbertine Center for Spirituality can arrange breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Norbertine Dining Hall, providing groups with an opportunity to share meals together during their stay.
We can also provide beverages, snacks, and break items delivered directly to your meeting space, making it easy to incorporate refreshments into your program or schedule.
Our dietary services team can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian diets, as well as guests with the nine major food allergens. We ask that dietary needs and food allergies be communicated to us in advance so that our staff can plan appropriately.
When planning your retreat or gathering, our staff will work with you to coordinate meals and refreshments around your group’s schedule and needs.

Prayer at St. Norbert Abbey
One of the distinctive gifts of gathering at the NCS is the opportunity to be present within the life of St. Norbert Abbey. When appropriate to their schedule, guests may have opportunities to join the Norbertine community for liturgical prayer and to spend time in the sacred and peaceful surroundings of the Abbey.

Planning Your Retreat or Gathering
Begin by telling us about your group, the purpose of your gathering, your preferred dates, and your anticipated needs. Our staff will then contact you to discuss availability, spaces, overnight accommodations, meals, and pricing.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation. It begins a conversation so that we can understand your needs and determine how the NCS can best serve your group.
